F1 Visa

Hello,

I have completed my MS degree 2016, went back to India, still have an F1 visa for one more year.
Due to many bitter reasons I was forced to finish the course by May 2016 also graduated.
There was no chances for me to apply for anymore OPT/CPT since I have finished the course.
Now what are the chances for me to re-entry to US. Don't want to spend any more money on PHD.
Can any body give your suggestions/Advice, on short term online courses or what I can do to apply for H1b, if any consultants who I can
approach in my case.

PhD is usually fully funded. It also depends on the course you want to pursue.
