Visa Stamping from B1/B2 to F-1

I came to the US on a B1/B2 visitor visa. Later i availed a visa transfer to F-1 by submitting necessary documents which received an I-767A document. Now i have graduated my Master's in Computer Science and currently in my 24-month OPT extension.

Now i want to travel to india for my wedding and need to know how to get a visa stamping done?
If yes, should it be done only in india or is there any option to do the stamping in nearby countries like Canada?
Is it practically safe or will i have any problem during my return back to the US?

I have all valid documents regarding my employment. Need your advice on this.
