SEVIS terminated

Hi! My SEVIS us terminated because I don't have a gpa of 3.0. I am planning to cross the border at Mexico. Can someone suggest me which option is better to continue my studies in USA.
And I would like someone, who crossed the border and came back from Mexico to post their experience. So that I can know how to face the situation. Thanks!
Please do post some reply because I am really worried in this situation.

My SEVIS was "completed" not terminated, due to the denial of my STEM extension on 08/29/2016. With a new SEVIS, and my visa being valid, I flew to Mexico from JFK on 09/07/2016 and came back the same day. No questions asked, not even my name.

Ali, what do you mean completed. What is your current status it would be F 1 if you are still on opt. And shoot me an email as I've a similar situation I would like to know more.
