Visitor Visa To F2

Hello Everyone,

I am on F1-OPT and planning to bring my fiancee here on visitor visa and then get married in US court and change her status to F2 ? as it is risky for me to leave country right now.

Is it safe to do that?
Will her dependent visa status can get denied as she came on visitor visa and changed her status directly to F2 without going to India?
Will she face any trouble in future while stamping or during her re-entry.?

Your help will be appreciated

If I get married here and send her back to India and then apply for F2 visa. Would i be facing any issue during my OPT extension?

there will a high chance of denial from bi/b2 to f2 visa they will ask you to go to india and apply .for change of status .instead bring her on b1/b2 get married and with in six months she can go to india and apply for f2 this may work insted of applying COS here .but this is from experience in the past from b1/b2 to f1

Denial for B1/B2 itself is very high .
