Company sponsoring your Masters degree

I'm being forced to get my Masters degree due to my OPT extension expiring. My company wants to keep me in their plans and wants to fund my degree. Can I show a letter of financial support from my company ? Will it work with the universities and the visa authorities ? Does anyone have any similar experience where they could successfully/unsuccessfully get a F-1 visa to obtain a higher degree?

Why do you need letter of financial support? Are you going for VISA stamping? I believe your are doing second masters?

No Jack, I'm going for my 1st Masters degree. I did my undergrads from here before. I had to show financial support documents for my undergrads as I didn't have full scholarship. I was wondering if masters would be the same.
