Wichita State University

Hi,

A friend of mine has an admit from Wichita State University, Kansas. Someone has mentioned to him that the university has been "blacklisted" for visa purposes. Is this true? I checked online and couldn't find any such incidents. Also, DHS's site lists this school as a certified school - https://studyinthestates.dhs.gov/certified-school/6963 . Is anyone aware of any visa-related problems with this university? I'd like to brush it off as a rumor but would like to check thoroughly before doing so. Thanks in advance for your help.
