Lost F-1 visa: restamping process

Hello everyone, I lost my passport with the F-1 visa stamp in it. I am in my second semester here and I got a new passport(applied in US) and now I am applying for new visa.Do I have to change anything with the SEVIS process? Do I have to pay the fees again?
