My brother got his visa revoked at the port of entry,he was travelling for the first time.The reason they provided was it is because of the university..So now he is trying from a different university.His visa got revoked on Silicon valley university..He now is going for a visa interview again.What are his chances?What changes are required?He did take ielts n GRE again n improved his score.
