Hello,
Please help me find a solution for the below issue that I am facing now.
I am now on F1 visa status studying full-time in a US university. I will be graduating this Summer '16 having left with only two courses to finish my program of study after Maymester. However, the university has a division of Summer semester in to 3 sessions i.e. Summer I from June to July, Summer II from July to August and Summer III from June to August. I will have to enroll for Summer I & III to finish my leftover courses to complete my program of study. One of which is an In-class course offered in Summer I and another online course that will be registered along with Summer I dates but the completion of Summer III will be in August only unlike Summer I.
Now, my question is that according to the F1 visa status regulations, last course of the program of study should not be an online course which in my condition seems uncertain. Is it going to be a problem for me while filing for OPT and/or H1B. Please clarify.
Thank you so much for your time and effort in the matter.
