Travel during F1 to H1B
Hi
I am a F1 visa holder with with OPT valid until May 2017, I have a situation where i am having travel plans to India by 29th of March and return by 14th of May due to personal and business reasons. My employer is filing H1B on March 31st under normal processing. Please advise me if my travel period will be okay without affecting the H1B petition since i have unexpired OPT.
