Dependent Invite on RCL

Hi all,

I am going to graduate in May-2016 and I wanted my Dependent(wife) to be here before I graduate, I applied for the same and now i am thinking if I have to go after OPT recommended Dependent I20, or just the regular Dependent I20, with the graduation date as May 2016 on it, which would be a better one and would help my wifes case as a F2 visa applicant.
