University transfer

Hello!
I am currently studying my first semester in XXX university and i am not at all happy with it and i would like to transfer to another university for my next semester.Is it too late considering that it is november already? If that is not possible, can i pull out of my present program,go back to india and come back for fall 2016 to a new university? Will there be any visa problems?

1)you still have time till dec 1 2)you can go back and apply for i 20 from a new university but no need to go to visa interview
