Urgent Help Reinstatement of my F1 Status.
Hi All,
I need all your help. I am XXX a F1 student at XXX college in New york. I payed my 3rd sem fee 2 days late which led to my sevis termination. However I applied for reinstatement with USCIS. Finally I heard back from them saying they needed my last 3 months of detailed bank statement with amount equal to 30 Lakhs. So I already payed my fee as well and I am just left with 1 subject of mine. So I dont have that money in my account. So I am looking for a sponsor who could sign me an affidavit. So have any one of you guys faced the same issue. What if I keep a fake statement. Do you guys think USCIS will have an enquiry with the bank. Please help me out. I just have 1 week left to submit my docs to USCIS. Help or any suggestions would be appreciated, to overcome this problem.
