Does anyone know what is procedure for "Work" Visa Processing in Dubai?

Hey! everyone, just done with my first interview online for the post of Digital Marketer, currently m leaving in Qatar and most likely they will call me for my second interview in a day or two.. if i get selected what would be the visa processing procedure? i have came across http://www.uhrs.ae/employee-outsourcing/ this but have no clue so please guys m looking for wise suggestion/advice!
