I was on H4 and my F1 visa was approved on October 3, 2015. I am traveling to India in December and will have to stamp my visa in Chennai, before returning in January. What are the documents needed when going for stamping? People say we need bank documents and toefl/GRE score cards when going for stamping. But my question is, I have already submitted those and got my visa approved and the college gave me an I20. So do I have to go through the same process of submitting everything again in India?

Am also in the same platform I applied COS and my petition approved in Aug'2015 before my first fall 2015 term.Am planning in Jan'2016 to visit India Chennai in spring break and get stamped.
But my question is will there be any denial ? I had gone through some of the other forums previous experiences and found some times that VO will reject without even looking into our documents. I don't know whats the denial rate in Chennai currently.
