Looking for university which give work authorization asap

Hi All,
I am currently located in sanjose,California.I am looking for university for completing my masters in computer science which will provide work authorization as soon as possible.

I am looking for university where I have to spend minimum amount to get it done masters.

I have already masters from India and 9 year of work experience ,looking for student visa,so that can start my work asap.


Thank you all..waiting for suggestion which comes from experience..
