Can I Take Vacation in 5 months after coming to US on F1

Hi,

My brother came to US on F1 in August 2015. As I want to take him to India in Jan 2016 at least for 10 days.SO, my question is, will there be any issue while coming back at port of entry for him? Please suggest

No buddy there is no issue u can take ua brother wid u for vacations cz my younger 1 came to india in middle of his semister so make sure he dont get scared at port.. if dey ask anything...
