Hi, I am completing my MBA in December 2015 from a public university in the US. I know an employer who is willing to hire me on OPT. I wanted to know if my H1 visa doesn't get picked in the lottery coming year can I apply for some other visa in Canada for the same employer (the company has an office in Canada too). A company can apply for L1 Visa in the US if an employee has worked for a year in the same company in a different country. Does Canada has any similar visa categories? What are my options?
