Traveling to canada on F1 CPT

Hi all,
I have to travel to Canada for a presentation for my company next year- somewhere around May 20-22, 2016, the F-1 visa stamp from university X is is expiring in July 2016. But my I -20 is from a university Y and I am also on CPT. The SEVIS number is the same on stamp and I 20, and has been active and never changed right from the day I entered the US. Will I have problems upon re entry?
