F-1 visa renewal in Mumbai

Hello,

I am in the my PhD program with a previous MS degree obtained in the US. I am looking to renew my F-1 visa in Mumbai. I have heard of the Interview Waiver Program (IWP) in India where I have to only submit documents in the dropbox if I am eligible. One of the eligibility options is that students returning to the same school and same program can use this type of processing (IWP) for renewing their F-1. Now my concern is that my school and program was different when I got my visa first issued from Mumbai - Am I still eligible for the IWP?
