Change in university but not sevis

I came for my masters for university X and completed it in may 2015 with sevis id ABC. Now I have transferred my sevis to a new university Y and sevis is active and I am a full time student in university Y with same sevis ABCD. Now I want to go to India in december. I wanted to ask
1) will I need to get a new visa when I return back since it has a different university name on it
2) What should I carry with me to india in documents so that I can come back and continue with my studies.

you are on f1 visa if their is a change is visa status u need to go for stamping .just take travel i 20
