Reg: unable to re-enter US as sevis ID on VISA is different from sevis ID on travel I-20 from current university

Hi,
I am an F1 student with visa to Cleveland state university(CSU) with a sevis ID "X" for fall 2014. After entering US, I immediately transferred to University of Missouri- Kansas City(UMKC) for fall 2014 by requesting for sevis transfer from CSU to UMKC. (The different sevis ID problem started here). Sevis transfer was done to UMKC, but with a different Sevis ID "Y".

After a semester in UMKC, I have transferred to university of Central Missouri(UCM) for spring 2015 with sevis ID "Y". I have one more semester to complete my Masters.
Currently I am in India and am unable to re-enter US as I have different sevis ID on my VISA and travel I-20 from UCM.
Can anyone please help with some information to solve this issue?
