Lost my passport with F1 visa

Hello I came to usa for a certificate program at a unviversity X on F1 from January2015 to May 2015. My visa was of 5 years. After completing the certificate I got my sevis transferred to a new school Y. Now my session starts from 29th August. I am in a big problem that I lost my passport. I want to know what should I do in this case??
1) What should I do in this scenario.
2) How will I travel and what will happen to my passport.
3) How will I get the visa? if I go back to india and get a new stamp will that be for university Y or X because initial stamp was for university X but sevis is transferred?
Please need urgent help.
