International Transcript Evaluation

I'm looking to transfer to another college which is asking for International Transcript evaluation within 7 days.

1.Could you please suggest the companies based on your experiences?
2.Anna University has given me transcripts directly without using a seal on the envelope. Suggest companies which would accept this transcript.
Since i have very less time, i can't apply for transcripts now.

All of these agencies require transcripts in a sealed envelope. Do they accept transcripts in unsealed envelope?
