    Hello friends, Please help me with you are suggestions. My sevis is terminated and i am not understanding what should i do now.My international officer gave me two options 1) Reinstatement and 2)New I-20.
    Please suggest me which one should i take.

      dont worry just go and apply new college i20 and do in and out ,its little quick and easy ,better option is to go mexico and come ,if any questions ping me your number

            If u know y it got terminated and if ur school is ready to help u file reinstatement go for it. If it is terminated cos of something like opt denial, since u get opt once in a lifetime for a level of degree, get a new I20 and do a flagpole turn to get back into status. Remember that u will need to have existing valid visa if u opt for flagpole turn.

            In short , ur decision depends on why ur sevis is terminated

              Go for reinstatement , new i20 means you have to do a reentry to US

                  I think with the time it might take to reinstate your sevis the better option would be to get a new i20 depart the country and come back.... But you need a valid visa stamp for that...

                    i have visa upto 5 years. can go to mexico by road ,and is their any chance that i will get any issues with immigration officer .
