SEVIS Terminated/ Change of Visa
My SEVIS was terminated due to missing documents. I was misguided by the university & was provided wrong information. Till the time i was able to get the documents i had missed my class and my SEVIS was terminated. I am on F1 visa entered US in Oct 2014. My SEVIS was terminated in May ending and i have applied for reinstatement during May 2015 start. I am currently enrolled to class but i want to change my university. It is a profit making university and is no good. I want to know whether i can change my university before getting back into status? Or do i need to keep taking class in my current university until i get back into status? Is there any way to change my f1 visa or if a company is ready to hire me before completing my course?
