H4 to F1 Stamping in India-- Denial chances

Hi friends..Im on H4 now..I have applied for masters with [B]sullivan [/B]university and got I20..I want to go to India for F1 Stamping with I20 given by Sullivan..What is the risk involved in it? Please let me know what can be done...

I have H4 Visa Valid till 2017 ..since I didnt go out of US after getting H4 approval, I dont have visa stamping...Now in case if my f1 visa gets denied, Can i come back to US on my H4 visa and apply for H4 to f1 conversion here in US?

Please reply me asap..need it badly...
