Change of College on F1

I was in USA on F2 visa. I applied to USCIS from within USA for COS from F2 to F1 with I20 from College "A" and got my status changed to F1 this month. Now I dont plan to attend college A but want to attend college B. Can i transfer my SEVIS to College B even though I have not attended College A ?
College A is starting in June and College B in July . Will that be an problem?
