sevis terminated and visa ending soon

Hello guys I have a weird situation here, my sevis has been terminated and my visa is ending soon by June.

So my question is there any universities like Npu,svu, itu who are still accepting applications for summer so that I can cross the border and come back in.

My other question is can I apply for fall get an i20 and cross the border before my visa expires.

Please help me guys.
