B2 to F1

Hello All ,
I have done a Masters here in US earlier , had to go back to India for personnel reasons . Came back last week on B2 visa . Planning to pursue my career back here . Earlier I had used my CPT and OPT got an H1B. I need a suggestion of schools that would help me in B2 to F1 transfer , easy to admission and little bit cheaper . My brother lives TX so looking for schools near Houston , Dallas or Austin area .

While searching on Google I came across KSI , Just wanted to any personnel reviews about that school. I see they have courses like SAS programming how good are tutors ?

I was looking for any school that is cheap tuition fees and offers CPT from day one . I know KSI offers CPT from day one but in case if he wants to take course as full time student , how good are tutors and courses they offer ?
