F-1 & STEM extension expiring. Planning to enroll into new course.

My F-1 and OPT Stem extension both are expiring in June 2015.
And have not got H1-B yet. My company ditched me up at end moment.
If I take admission again in another university, Do I need to file for any paperwork for f1- extension or any other kind of paperwork at USCIS.
Can you please explain what all steps do I need to take care of?

It's really urgent. Please do response back.
