Travel during H1 processing

I'm currently in my OPT-extn, my employer would file my H1 in (Prem process) this year during April.. Please help me with below questions.

1. Is is safe to go to India once my H1 is approved like in the month of June/July?
2. Would it be safe to go to Stamping as soon as my H1 is approved? If not please suggest apt time for me to go for stamping.

1. It is not suggestable to travel while your H1 is in processing. After approval i.e if you receive I-797 A then u r good to travel
2. U can go for stamping anytime after approval but visa officer cancels ur previous first before issuing H1 and also remember if u go for stamping before oct 1 say in the month of june then u can enter to USA only 2 weeks before oct 1

1) yes you can go stamping after h1 is approved, you may enter u.s not more than 10 days prior to h1 start date
2) you may attend stamping, you will be fine. Only issue in some instances during h1 stamping for newly approved petitions would be PIMS update. If your PIMS is not yet updated it may take an additional 3-5 days for processing. Other than that you should be good.

2 they may cancel u r f1 visa (with out prejudices) ..means u can not enter before sep 21..
