Hello I will complete my masters by May 2015 and Due to some reason I cannot do opt and cpt. I wanted to ask 1) that how much time do I have to transfer to new school with my visa being 5 years. 2) my program ends in may 2015 and if my another program starts from fall 2015 will my sevis transfer without me going back to India to get the visa.

If you are finishing in May but have Sevis active for new school for Fall semester, you should not have to go back to India for visa stamping.Originally posted by Abhinav Pandey View PostComment
