Double masters

hello I am going to complete my masters program in computer science by april 2015 but due to some academic reasons i cannot do opt neither cpt. So i want to enroll in another university for a degree course which I can pursue and after finishing that course I can go for opt. My questions are
1) Can I again do a masters program in computer science from another university after finishing one.
2) what are other stem courses which I can pursue as my second masters in computer background.

i dont the reason why you are going to the second masters .but there are some universities where you can get cpt from first semister .which saves times on studying and working .let me know if you need some help in knowing about those universities

If we do masters in eng management can we do jobs related to software side will there Be a problem while h1b ?
