Hi guys, my spouse is on H1b visa status and i am on H4. I have got admission into a university and my start date is Spring 2015. We have to pay the fees so my question is can my spouse get a tax refund if she pays my university fees and how much is the limit. Is paying the fees for Spring 2015 be considered in tax returns for this year if we pay the fees by end of december 2014.
