H1B Denied and travel to India question
Hello everyone,
My H1B application was withdrawn last year due to a change in the end client and since my OPT was over I took admission again and started working on CPT. This year (2014) I was denied my H1, following which I filed MTR for which the denial just came.
I am currently on an F1 visa with a SEVIS active and my F1 visa is valid till Aug 2015. My question is that I need to travel in about 2 weeks now to India and I was wondering whether will be having any issue travelling back into the country. As a note : I am a full time student and there has not been any problem with my F1 status.
It would be great if anyone can guide me in this situation.
