F1 visa stamping on OPT Extension

Hi All,

I came to US on H4 visa and converted to F1 in 2012. I completed my Masters in April 2013. Now I am on OPT Extension which is valid till Oct 2015. I don't have F1 stamping. Currently I am working and in November I have plans to visit India on 1 month vacation. I know there is risk involved in getting visa on OPT. But in any case I have to go to India. So, I wanna give it a try for stamping. Please suggest me what all documents need to be carried for stamping and the process of booking the visa appointment. Thanks in Advance.

If some one had been in the similar situation and got their visa. Please share your experience. It would be very helpful for me.

I am daily going through the Desi opt facebook page.But I didn't find this query posted anywhere. Could you pls post these ASAP. Because I need know what all docs required at the earliest. They are only couple of days left for my travel. pls do the needful.

Certainly. I hope that everyone who needs an H-1B visa already has it packaged up and on its way to USCIS for Monday delivery.
