suggesgt universities for MASTERS IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Hi,
im currently in Stratford university doing MIS but would like to move non profit university, so i can get into masters h1b quota, plz suggest which are good but not tough universities on east coast. It is my second masters so fees is also my consideration i would like to move for Jan 2015. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
