How were you selling the cigarettes? On the street? Or were you working (unlawfully)? You need to speak with an immigration attorney asap. It’s unlikely a ticket would show up in the system to prevent you from entering the US, but this could affect future applications.

Avoid going through Chicago.. I know couple of my friends were deported. I would avoid going outside states.. If you have to go, try from DC or NY..

You must consult a lawyer and it will take time to get off from your records...Don't travel outside untill the case is completed....I know the people who were in same situation, they waited for more than two years and they are fine now...One guy traveled before the case closed and got deported.... all is for your info..Act according to your lawyer..no issues

Try Atlanta.. The safest one, if you ask me..

Try to clear the case with a lawyer. Paying fine makes you guilty and you may be questioned even during H1 stamping. Travel with caution and avoid Chicago.

The immigration officials at port of entry knows if it is on your record., try to clear the record first, then take chance to go out of country.
