if u entered usa on f1 less than 5 yrs .. u treated as non resident alien for tax purpose.. u dont need to pay FICA tax ..

Taxes in F1 and Selective services Letter
Hi,
I am on my OPT right now, serving my 90 day unemployment period. I recently received two letters,
1) FROM SOCIAL SECURITY -
This letter said that I have not paid certain taxes . “You was employed in work in which you did not pay Social Security Tax". I know this is regarding my oncampus job taxes. How do I proceed in this matter? Did anyone face situation like this?
2) FROM SELECTIVESERVICE -
In this letter they wanted me to register for Selective Service (Military) if I was under 25. Only immigrants and citizens have to register for this. I am unsure why I received this as I am on F1 (Nonimmigrant Alien). Pl let me know how to proceed on this issue as well.
