Damaged f1 visa

My f1 visa got damaged.I have graduated and am currently on OPT.My questions are

1)Will there be any issue during restamping in India.
2)what are the typical questions visa interviewers ask in such cases.

1 u always have risk when u go for stamping .. In u r situation it is very low risk .

No issues when you go for re stamping, if you have any draw backs just go for Mexico or Canada based on the time and your location in United States. I highly recommend that you go to a third nation as the interview will be smoother and you can convince them easily when compared to India.... This is just my opinion...
