F1 Visa out of status : How to get free indian attorney for court hearing

Dear Sir,

I came to US as F-1 student . University made out of status 7 months back and i am currently in court hearing . i need attorney to appear for my court hearing . kindly advise how to get attorney freely or with little fees .

1) The fifth amendment of miranda rights says that you have a right to silence until the attorney reaches you and also if you cannot effort a lawyer then one should be appointed for you and it may have clauses, and to get a free attorney you should possibly urge for one in the court hearing it have some steps to get a lawyer it depends upon the state to state so please inquire about it in court , it can help you .

Try out few lawyers who deal with F-1 status. Normally few of them give free consultation and if you use their service,then you pay them. Good luck!

I dont think miranda rights works for F1... Google "Pro Bono Lawyers" in your city.. Pro bono means they do some type of issue for free. Very rare for F1. But for sure immigration issues

There would be some lawyers group from the government who will be helping low income group people. Try if we come into that category.

In USA everyone gets a free lawyer , even pirates who do all type of illegal stuff gets free lawyer
