Hi, I am looking to go back to school and get my Sevis transferred but I am worried that my school's DSO is not corporating and might not let me transfer Sevis. Is that possible?

Dso's can be pretty hard to work with especially when the school is non accredited but i personally did not had any issues with my dso... If the scool is a public organization like a state university then it should be a piece of cake to transfer your sevis... Normally dso's cannot say no for a sevis transfer but again it all comes down to the university type.... Make sure you have got approval letter from the school you want to transfer to and submit it to the dso at your present school...

Boss DSO cant stop your transfer and make sure you get the approval letter from the new school and submit it to your school by law nobody have right to stop you either it from school or it from a employer for example , So in your case take the letter so the sevis will be transferred from your school to the new one.
