F1 for second masters degree in medical field

Hello,

I plan on doing a second Masters in the Physician Assistant program. I completed my first MS in Biology and worked on OPT for 23 months. Are there any chances of trouble/rejection if I apply for a second F1 visa while staying in the US and not going back to India? I just got m H4 approved recently.Any help on this situation will be appreciated!!
