Regarding F1 Visa extension

Hello,

I am presently having F1 visa which is set to expire on 31st May 2014. I am on OPT working fulltime for a company and I still have my OPT extension. My company wants me to travel to Chile on work purpose in May. Is it possible that I can extend my F1 visa as I have OPT extension with me.
My H1 will start in October. What is the best solution for this?
Will they extend F1 visa here itself in USA?
Please respond fast.
