Student Rentry - University Transfer

Hi Team,

I got my f1 approved for spring Intake'14. i went to US and due to some reasons came back in 1 week without registering for the courses . Now i want to go back to USA for the summer intake. I have differed my admission for summer

1) Do i need a new visa to start my masters in Summer intake

2) Will there be a problem for me at the port of Entry as i left USA in 1 week as my Grandfather was not feeling well. I had to come back ( will i need to show any documents?)

3) I also want to Transfer my university after going to USA in summer( will this be a problem during OPT/H1B?)

4) If we change the course CSE to MBA in a different university (will this be a problem during OPT/H1b?)

2 no problem
3 transfer does not cause any problem .. any way change to non profit , accredited scholl ..
2 mba only have 1 yr of opt .. so it is up to you to decide ..

No problem. All depends on ur choice. Just make sure u have the new I-20 in hand , u dont need a new visa and answer confidently during immigration about why u left the country.
