Pls help me !!

I am totally confuse what to do?


My F1-Visa already expired on Nov. 17, 2013. But I have valid I-20 till 2016, so I can stay here. And this is my last semester of my college as an undergrad in B.B.A., which will end on 28th April 2014.


I am planning to get married sometimes this year and would have to travel to India.


Here are few options which comes to my mind -



1) Take admission for a MBA program (in nice college like any state university), get a new I-20 and travel to India. Problem with this is I have get my new F-1 stamping done which I feel is risky.


2) Apply for H1B, get the approval, travel to India, get H1B stamped and come back. Problem with this option is it will not happen before Oct 2014 and I am not even sure how we can apply for my H1B as I have BBA degree and not an Engineering degree. (Can I apply for H1B on BBA degree?)

3) Or thinking to apply for OPT and travel on OPT and get a stamp on OPT. Which I feel very risky and keeping this as a last option.

Guys pls help me and let me know which will be the best option.

hmm do 3 or 1 for you it will not be a risky thing..

Go with the first option...and if u can get admission,start a semester and during the spring break or thanksgiving break visit india for f-1 stamping...that way u can reduce some risk.. but either way it will br risky but it is a sort of risk you should take in this situation...

Hi one quick question..I have valid visa till dec 2015.i am done my masters from texas a&m (MIS) .and finished my opt by 2013 may.i applied H1B IN 2013 quota not picked up in the lottery.i regiesterd for second masters and came back in october due to personal reaons .is there any way to come back without new visa?

u wont have a prob, if they ask u, just say that u wanted to have a double masters splzn n now since u still have a chance u enrolled in school again. droppin mid semester - family emergency, thats it. Be short in answers but confident.

for an H1B Visa you need to have a full-time job with a company that is willing to sponsor you, so I don't think #2 is even an option for you. No offense.

If you really want to study further, you should go with option 1. If you dont want to study, option 3 is appropriate. Talking about risk, option 3 is the least risky.
