    Professors are Targeting me- How to convert to H1B or OPT?

    Hi,

    Some of the professors are targeting me to get low grades because i am from india . some are racists i need to have escape plan . all professors have voted to lower my grade so that i can return to india . in this situation i need to get my payback what i invested . kindly update me how to overcome this F1 issue and any possibility to convert this H1B . I didnt score enough in host development program and print out colloboration . genius is enjoying this situation with his honest prof. As an indian these issues are prevalent in USA but in this school is underperforming they are assigning pakistan students to fight and make it serious issue . i cannot reveal school since it will be shutting down and some of the professors are getting dismissed . how to take this issue to embassy , senator or FBI ?

      No tolerance, contact the damn lawyer and sue them with papers

        It is against law ..Contact university hr .. or local police .. fbi does not enforce this issues .. senator are law makers they are not enforcement people .. you can contact u r embassy for diplomatic relations ..

              Best option is for you to transfer first before any action . Cos if you delay yu would lose yur f1 nd yu can't fight getting ur f1 back nd the school together. You can't win against the system don't forget attorney fees and stuff . Best option just transfer nd leave the school , at least you said they closing down .

                If the school is shutting down, the best option for now is to transfer to any other school as it takes only a few days to transfer if u expedite the process. Transferring to h1 is not an option now as h1 visa applications open in March.
