University Transfer (more than 5 months period)

Hello everyone,

I took two semesters at a university 1 and decided to transfer to a university 2. My semester ended on May 4th and the SEVIS release date to the new university was May 13th. The first day of the class at the university 2 is August 4. I have received the I-20 and my SEVIS has been transferred to the university 2. However, now I have changed my mind and decided to go to the university 3 which starts on December 15th. Which is 4 months from August but 7 months from the last day of my class. Do you I think my visa status will be terminated? What are my other options. I am in F-1 and marrying permanent resident next month.
