need a better university with no prerequisites for transfer

Hi I recently came to US on F1. I am pursuing Masters in Computer Science. My university has given me 3 prerequisites which is equal to 12 credits because of my electrical background. I want to change the university from the next semester. I took 1 prerequisite and two masters courses with the deapartment head permission. Now my questions are do they allow me to transfer without completing prerequisites, what is the transfer procedure? should the second university also asks me to complete prerequisites if not could you suggest me any better universities in new york. Thank you in advance.

u can change it and try admissions in other uni not every uni gives pre reqs and take transfer from the uni show some experience on pre req subs ask ur dean to waive it
